The car was comfortable and the driver qas polite, skillful and guided us well throughout the tour. One suggestion - Please include the route toll charges in the prepaid package itself.

Booked a Brezza diesel Automatic from Alligo self drive Bombay from Jun2nd to Jun5th. Zoom car is pathetic and hence ignored. My Choice, the best option for self drive with some excellent fleet and service was preferred but it was slightly expensive. Hence I decided to Google and ended up with Alligo cars. 1. Delivery and pickup at CSIA airport was prompt 2. Pricing fixed at 2000 for 24 hours. 8K for 4 days+900 GST 3. 550 for airport pickup and drop seemed very reasonable 4. The car was 2019 make and had 32k on ODO, slightly abused (which is the case with most self drive fleet) but in good condition nevertheless 5. Overall experience from booking, car delivery, return pickup to security deposit refund (5000 INR) was simply excellent!! 6. Alan sir, a big shout out for the outstanding service. Keep maintaining your cars well and you will surely give some competition to MyChoice self drive cars. 7. Overall, extremely satisfied with Alligo cars and definitely recommend their services. Rating a well deserved 5 stars. You'll end up saving atleast 15% by going with Alligo cars when compared to the much bigger and established players in self drive market. Edit - Initially I was skeptical about Alligo cars as I hadn't heard about them and went ahead just based on the Google reviews. Thankfully, the ratings and reviews on Google, did help:). After exploring many options (including zoom cars) alliggo responded promptly and it was convincing for me to take their service. I am writing in regards to Alliggoo's self drive rental car. I live in USA and was travelling to India (Ratnagiri) to visit my extended family. I wanted an "automatic" transmission rental car that I could drive for one month. Ratnagiri only had manual cars - so I had to look around in Mumbai. Aside from zoom car and their expensive rates, I wanted to look at other options. After messaging 10-15+ rental companies, only Alliggoo was responsive. Mr. Allen Gonsalves was extremely helpful and made the car rental process easy and convenient. He was prompt on his responses and provided answers for all of my queries. While staying outside of India I had concerns with payment, but Alliggoo also had solution for it. I had the vehicle delivered to me in Dongri, Mumbai and dropped off a month later at a hotel in Ville Parle. Alliggoo was flexible with my location and timing. The car delivery/pick-up was a bit delayed, but Alliggoo uses a third-party company and so the delay is not reflective of Alliggoo's service but rather the other companies. I had rented Tata Nexon (Automatic). The car had some damage to the body, but it is India and some damage is expected on a rental vehicle. The vehicle was fun to drive and the investment in a rental vehicle was worth it. Overall, highly recommend Alliggoo to everyone! They made the process smooth, easy, and convenient of renting a vehicle in India.
